Price indication
Each project requires a different approach with a corresponding price. An average custom cottage sits between 9000-50,000 euros.
(We are happy to come on site to view the site and have a conversation about your needs. We will map out your requirements with a pencil sketch to visualize the translation of the project. We charge 245 Euros ex VAT for this, which will be deducted back in the final quotation).
Practical (highlights)
- We need flat and easily workable ground. If additional ground work is required, this should be discussed. All our cottages are made of sustainable wood and wood made/treated for outdoor use. For indoor use we need as well as workable ground, anchoring points will be discussed in advance.
- Official inspection (as intended for public playgrounds) is not required for private use. We follow the European safety regulations concerning danger of crushing and fall. If you wish to receive an inspection by an independent company, this is possible on request.
- Our houses have a standard warranty of 2 years.
- Climbing stones, handles and decorative items such as a bell, binoculars, etc. are purchased from a wholesaler and are CE marked.
